IMD embarked on an exciting project to create 3D renderings for a multi-family housing development renovation, designed to breathe new life into the complex. Our focus was to showcase the various areas of the property, highlighting the vibrant park area, inviting common spaces, and the active lifestyles of the community residents. The client needed detailed images to illustrate the transformation of the large complex and to showcase its award-winning features, emphasizing the residential zones and communal areas. Through 3D renderings from various angles, we were able to present a comprehensive and dynamic view of the renovated property, emphasizing both its aesthetic appeal and its functional enhancements.
