Halstead Reston Exterior Amenities
We recently completed a smaller, yet impactful project focusing on the renovation of the entrance to an apartment complex clubhouse and community center. Our task was to enhance the welcoming experience for residents and visitors alike. The renderings we’ve produced are a compilation of existing conditions and the proposed improvements and offer a clear vision that is brought to life through our meticulous 3D renderings. This approach allowed us to visualize and refine the plans for these exterior spaces and our client was able to seek Board Approval to move forward with the improvements.
