Delta's Sustainable Skies Lab is an innovative concept that seeks to address pressing environmental issues by building a research facility that encourages an interdisciplinary approach to sustainability. As part of this mission, Delta chose to partner with Illustrate My Design (IMD) to develop a conceptual architectural design and renderings for the lab. This process included extensive collaboration between both teams. Through careful consideration, Illustrate My Design was able to craft a design that fit within Delta’s goals for promoting sustainability through collaborative processes, architectural features and produced concept 3D Renderings to announce the Skies Lab at CES '23.

Inspired by the ideas, conversations and innovation seen every year at SIGGRAPH, as well as the memory of dozens and sometimes thousands of hours of work on beautiful projects by 3D artists, this image touches the idea that technology in the future could help hard-working artists be “at home” by sharing a moment with family near or far.

Illustrate My Design (IMD) is a boutique Architectural Visualization firm, established in 2008. Traditionally, the firm’s offerings included 3D Rendering and Animation; the firm now offers Virtual Reality (VR) as a new, innovative solution. For the past 2 years, IMD has created many Virtual Reality Experiences for Education, Commercial and Residential projects.
IMD presented a seminar on Virtual Reality at NeoCon 2017. The seminar, titled The Future of Architectural Visualization: New Developments in Virtual Reality examined the current state of visualization and VR technology, what is up and coming, and how companies can react to the changes. Daniel Zeballos and Florencia Bialet, Principals at IMD, presented this content.
